No piece of work on this website may be reproduced or reworked (for private or commercial use) without my prior consent, which is also to be obtained in writing.

Purchasing an Original painting, work of art, print or photograph does not transfer copyright or ownership of said image to the buyer. The Artist, Sharon Millar, remains the sole owner of the image copyright, and reserves the right to reproduce, distribute or sell any image she creates indefinitely. Purchasing a piece of art from Sharon Millar does not transfer any rights to the buyer to reproduce or distribute the image in any way, on any platform, at any time.
