Originals
Original Paintings cannot be returned as they are bespoke, one off items.
Please make sure to ask any questions you need before making your purchase. We can supply additional images and close up shots of the works so you can rest assured you are happy, in advance, with your purchase.
Photographic Prints
Our photographic prints come with a 14 day money-back guarantee, not including original postage costs.
To return your print, you must notify us by email, or telephone of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receipt.
The print must then be returned to Sharon Millar Art, in it's original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt of delivery to the purchaser.
Any returns that have not been approved will be returned to Sender.
Sender is liable for the return postage costs, and we advise that you use tracked, insured delivery as we are not liable for any items that go missing in the post.
custom orders
We regret that we cannot accept returns on any custom orders as all the work is created bespoke, to request.
